President
Kory graduated from Greenville University with a degree in Education & Communications. While at Greenville, Kory served in Student Government & played on the Men’s Basketball and Tennis teams. He’s spent the last 20yrs in the security & robotics industry where he has had the opportunity to engage leaders on a local, national, and international stage.
“While Maddie may be physically gone, I know that her spirit and influence will never fade. It is my mission to ensure that as many teenagers as possible can experience the joy she had for life and be empowered to replicate the selfless character that Maddie embodied. The MB Foundation will provide a means to impact the lives of teenagers, just as Maddie would have sought to do. When the proper resources intersect the with the right vision, amazing things can happen.”
Tammy Best

Tammy graduated from SIUe with a degree in Education. She then obtained her Master of Education from Lindenwood University. For the last 22yrs, she has taught at the elementary level in Belleville with District 118. As an educator & mother, Tammy understands the importance of providing support and opportunities to those that aren’t always the first to be considered. Tammy will provide the needed guidance toward individual students & groups that will benefit from new scholarship and grant opportunities that the MB Foundation will provide.
Ryan Lemmon
Director
Ryan graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Physical Education. For the past 23yrs+, Ryan has been an operational leader, mentor, and currently an Area Vice President for Buildingstars in St. Louis, MO. Ryan’s professional network & operational expertise will aid in the organizational structure & help lead the MB Foundation in meaningful ways.

Brett Brannon

Brett is a graduate of Greenville University in Greenville, IL where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in public relations and was a nationally recognized member of the Men’s Tennis team & Men’s Basketball teams. For the last 22yrs, Brett has been an integral part of Greenville University. As the Director of Advancement, he is tasked with cultivating relationships among alumni and strategic partners to fund University operations. As the head Men & Women’s Tennis coach, he has led these young adults along an athletic path that is driven by academic excellence. Brett’s expertise in fundraising, athletics, and leadership are a welcomed addition to the MB Foundation.
Ryan Cozad
Education Advisor
Ryan is a proud product of the O’Fallon school system, attending LaVerna Evans ES, Fulton JHS, and OTHS. Ryan completed his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. After graduating, Ryan joined the organization “Teach for America” and spent 6 years teaching mathematics in the Houston Independent School District in Houston, TX. Ryan then taught for 6 years at Stratford High School in Houston, TX. Ryan currently is an Assistant Principal at OTHS and serves as the head freshmen baseball coach. In 2023, Ryan obtained his Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership from McKendree University. Ryan’s knowledge of the education system, ability to build relationships with students, passion for school culture, and emphasis on the community, will prove invaluable as the MB Foundation matures & evolves.
Lindsey Wulfing
Community Advisor
Lindsey is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State, where she received her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, with an emphasis in Corporate Communication, Business Administration, and Management. She has utilized her degree in commercial real estate, recruiting, and now as a small business owner in Madison County. Over the past 7 years, Lindsey has been able to network with her customers, business owners, area schools, hospitals, and community with her sweets from A Little Taste of Heaven Bakery. Lindsey’s mission, both personally and professionally, is to positively impact the lives of others within the community. The CEO program is one in which she not only supports but has been able to mentor and share her experiences as a small business owner with the area high school students. Her business acumen and ability to provide a strategic path for the MB Foundation will enhance its overall effectiveness.
